Some interesting advice on blogging...
Interesting advice from Chris Brogan on blogging. It was published in 2008, but aged very well.

One page = one task
Even though a console is forced to present an incredible number of tasks, it is best to place one task to one page.
In other words, when a user wants to update a credit card, manage contact information, or purchase, your UI should keep the user focused on that task as much as possible. Of course, the "purchase" task includes the "update billing address" subtask, but you get the point.
